As CEO, Avaneesh is responsible for leading Litera as we continue to grow in market impact and influence. He drives our entire team to deliver truly leading-edge solutions for our customers, and he challenges our team to improve every function across our business.
Our story as a company has evolved over the past few years, starting with Microsystems merger with XRef in 2016 and the addition of The Sackett Group and Litéra Corp. in 2017. Each organization brought a level of knowledge and service to the joint entity that makes us the industry-leading, end-to-end provider of document drafting solutions.
Our goal has been to help lawyers, law firms, and professionals focus on what matters, their clients. We do this by simplifying the ownership of document drafting technology which firms need - enabling them to get best-of-breed products from a single, integrated supplier.
Yesterday we were proud to announce the acquisition of Workshare, welcoming them to the Litera Microsystems family, in what is an exciting next step towards achieving our goal and providing customers with the best of both worlds.
What This Means for Our Customers
The most important thing to emphasize, is that in the short term nothing will change. All products will be supported for the foreseeable future and we’re already hard at work integrating the Workshare Compare product into the Litera Desktop ribbon.
We know from experience that the key to a successful integration is minimizing disruption and inconvenience for customers, so that they can focus on the significant benefit derived from a simplified vendor relationship, simplified software updates, and a simplified desktop for your users.
The bottom line is that we think law firms should be able to focus on their relationships and their expertise without getting bogged down in how they create, check, or collaborate on documents. By adding Workshare to our product line, we’re taking the next step in realizing our vision, enabling firms to surface their key drafting technology through a single interface.
Our Promise to You: Transparency and Openness
